Kate teaches Vedic Meditation, an effortless, self-sufficient, take-anywhere technique of meditation. This technique is designed to be practised for twenty minutes, twice a day, while sitting comfortably, anywhere that you can close your eyes, making meditation possible for busy people living busy lives. Settle the mind, allow the body to relax, release stress, tension and fatigue on a daily basis and bring more of our clear, creative, intelligent, energetic and physical well self to the dynamics of life.
Kate is a former corporate lawyer who benefited greatly from meditation and realised that when instructed correctly anyone can practise and enjoy meditation. Learning had such a profound affect on her personal and professional life that in 2012 she entered a year-long study program and graduated as a Vedic Meditation teacher in Rishikesh, India.
