Herbalist and Reiki Master, offering nutritional and naturopathic consultations for those with any health concerns, or wishing to learn more about healthfulness. Alexandra’s practice encompasses nutritional medicine, herbal medicine and energetic medicine to properly form a true and holistic approach to any health ailments. Bringing together each of these modalities in practice allows for a deep inquiry of one’s health, significantly and positively impacting the long-term wellbeing of the client.

Qualifications:
• Adv. Diploma Western Herbal Medicine
• Qualified Reiki Master and Teacher
• Currently completing my Masters of Naturopathic Medicine
• Active member of the Naturopaths and Herbals Association Australia

Working with nutrition, herbal medicine, flower essences, and Usui Reiki disciplines, Alexandra forms a complete and holistic approach to all aspects of health – physical and beyond. Investigating the source of imbalance within the framework to gently nourish the unique constitution of our human-ness, to regain balance and exist in harmony, to appreciate and understand our expansive self, for future wellbeing.

Face-to-face and online consultations are available for both naturopathic consultations and Reiki sessions via Zoom, or in clinic at the Ocean Village shopping centre complex, next to the Ocean Shores Medical Centre.

There is also the opportunity to learn the incredible traditional disciplines of Reiki; an ancient and present art form that taps into the deeply expansive knowing of the laws of energy that exist in our world. Alexandra teaches Usui Reiki level One and Two throughout the year – keep an eye out for class dates.
