Belle has a passion for health and food. As a qualified herbalist and GAPS™ practitioner, she has taken her expertise and combined it with her love of good food to create a truly unique practice. Food nourishes not only our body, but our nervous system and our soul.
Our digestive system holds the roots of our health. When the digestive system is unwell instead of being a source of nourishment it becomes a major source of toxicity in the body. We often see many diverse symptoms that can seem unrelated.
A good practitioner develops the art of listening and observing. When a patient feels truly heard in their story the magic begins, and we blend a unique combination of herbs and Bach flowers, as medicine for that person. Herbal medicines are concentrated nutrition from plants and are used to assist the body in its innate wisdom to support the systems to heal.
To complete the whole of life approach Belle takes to health, she will also encourage you to get into nature, to fill your cup, and prioritise self-care and regulation of your nervous system. And, to make yummy meals filled with love to nourish your gut and support you to live your best and healthiest life.
