She is a qualified nutritionist, yoga instructor, and a mental health/disability support worker. Tamika’s passion for empowering individuals to live their best life has led her towards specialising in mental health disorders. Through combining the benefits of yoga and nutrition, Tamika is able to help individuals reduces numerous symptoms associated with mood disorders by addressing GIT (gastrointestinal tract) issues, hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies and much more.
