Graeme James offers you space to explore your life. Together, we try and understand your problems better so you can learn from your experience, grow as a person and feel more comfortable being yourself amid life’s tensions. As an integrative therapist, Graeme tailors his approach to your specific needs in an impartial, caring, non-judgemental therapy relationship. He works with adult individuals and couples online and face to face.

Sessions aim to help: increase your awareness, recognise and address reoccurring patterns, problems and feelings, and; learn and grow so that you manage better rather than react to life’s inevitable difficulties.

Graeme James has been in private practice since 2002 and teaches counselling though university, has managed Lifeline Sydney and worked with Medibank Health for Beyondblue. He provides clinical and reflective supervision to health professionals from numerous registration pathways. His research investigated therapists’ sense and use of self during life-threatening illness.

Graeme is a Registered Counsellor and Accredited Supervisor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). His qualifications include a Bachelor of Counselling, Master of Counselling (clinical), and Master of Counselling Honours (research).
