You are likely successful and have a track record of achievements that tick all the boxes we are told by society should deliver a sense of peace and satisfaction of success.
And yet, sometimes you get up in the morning and say to yourself ‘surely there must be more to life than this!’, or you look at the ocean and wonder if it could still lead you to new continents…
Or maybe you have a big audacious dream and find yourself doubting your ability to step out and live beyond the script.
Either way, your calling is telling you to discover that which is the most precious of lessons – the awareness of our true nature and the makings of a powerful mind and an open heart. Those are the building blocks of the stuff that dreams are made of.
Hi there – I’m an experienced coach, trainer and facilitator with 35 years’ record across education, learning and development, industry and not-for-profits.
With extensive experience in mindfulness practices, and I deliver insightful and engaging personal coaching and group-work through nondenominational science-based methodologies.
As a coach, I work with individuals who are ‘successful but still seeking significance’. Essentially, I facilitate insights into the nature of the human mind and support you in cultivating a sustainable practice for a happy mindset and a fierce heart.
Amalgamating multiple sources of science-based materials, I developed a model of Mind-Fitness – literally training the mind to thrive under stress through combining emotional intelligence, Positive Neuroplasticity and wellness practices. I work one on one through face-to-face and online sessions.
If you are looking for:
Resilience in times of uncertainty and radical change
Peace of mind, and
A life anchored in happy habits
We should talk. In the least, we’ll connect and have a laugh, or few, about how wonderous yet strange is this life journey. If we are suitable to work with each other, anything is possible. You can create extraordinary stories.
