Move to Nurture’s Brigid Pearse is a diploma certified Pilates teacher with the Australian Pilates Method Association. Brigid has been a student of Pilates for more than 20 years and was a dancer in her early career. Brigid brings a deep understanding of different systems in the body and ways to teach people to move well and feel better.
