“Your mind matters”

We all have one mind that needs to be cared for, nurtured and nourished. At times in life we can find ourselves in great distress and we need to prioritise our mental health. Taking the first step to see a psychologist can be hard. Here at One Mind Health we appreciate that and gently guide you in the process of attending to your mental health. We offer many years of experience, offering evidence based approaches in therapy.

One Mind Health aspires to care for the mental health of the community of Byron Shire, Tweed Shire and throughout the Northern Rivers. It will be our pleasure to welcome you into our professional psychology practice in Brunswick Heads.
