Together She Thrives Inc. is a local charity organisation which seeks to empower women and teen girls by offering free mental health programs supporting wellbeing, resilience and belonging.
Starting next month in Byron Shire (14 March to 4 April) is a free four week program running each Saturday from 10am to 12pm, designed to helping young women to connect with each other in a safe, supportive space.

Why join?
Organisers say there will be fun, interactive activities to boost mood, confidence, and resilience, offering new social connections and the chance to make new friends and build a supportive peer network.
Young women will learn mindful exercises and reflection skills to help reduce stress and promote emotional wellbeing, along with opportunities to develop confidence, self-expression, and healthy coping skills.
A gratitude circle will give everyone a chance to reflect on what they appreciate.
